I’ve been a massage therapist for 27 years, specializing in Myofascial Release since 2006. If you are in pain, I’m interested in not only helping you feel better in your body, but also in teaching you how to help yourself.
I am available to come to your home or office and do hands on work if you live near New Port Richey, Florida. Otherwise, I can coach you on Zoom.

Not all of my clients are this “extra” (as the kids say) – but I can deal with it when they are. I am up to the challenge! LOL You are in good hands with me! (See Kim’s testimonial at the bottom of this page.)
Using balls, foam rollers, straps, and perhaps other items you have around the house, we can figure out how to help you loosen up and release some of those stuck tissues!
Rebounding and Unwinding are helpful techniques in Myofascial Release – and I can show you how to do those too.
Contact me and let’s talk about how I can help you!
I currently hold a massage therapist license in Florida. FL MA 101005
Testimonial from Kim McCracken (pictured above):
“When I first had Kat work on me, it had been 12 years since I’d been able to climb stairs without pain, and shortness of breath. After my first session with her, I was able to go up and down stairs without any pain or problems – and that has continued until this day many years later. I’ve had Kat work on me several times over the years. She is my go-to person whenever I’m in pain – and she always helps me. Recently, I called her because I was in severe pain in my lower back. I’d tried everything. My fiancé had given me a massage. I’d taken pain killers and stretched out. Nothing was helping. I called Kat and she guided me through some stretching – and with a 15 minute phone call, I was already feeling much better! And continued to feel better the next day.
Kat doesn’t just help the physical. She’s also one of the best listeners that I’ve ever met, and has held space for me while I worked through various challenges in my life. Suggesting different ways to change the energy of a situation or my health. Whether you need physical or emotional support or encouragement, I highly recommend contacting Kat.”
